Observation

1)b)c) A staff person confirmed that they were on the Early Preschool playground on 9/4/2024 with toddlers from the Twos Classroom. The staff person said they had repeatedly asked 3 toddler-age children to move and the children did not comply. The staff person stated they became frustrated, grabbed one of the children either under or on their arm, and moved the child by one arm. The staff then proceeded to move the two other children by picking them up under their arms. It was also witnessed that this staff was raising their voice at the children at this time. It was determined that the staff person's actions were in violation of WAC 110-300-0331(1)(b) and (c). ?? "No observation provided."
